UCLH are seeking an outstanding leader for the largest Division in UCLH, which incorporates the UK's largest neuroscience centre and one of the largest neuroscience centres in the world.

Main Duties of the Job
As Assistant Divisional Manager for the £280m turnover Queen Square Division within the Specialist Hospitals Board of UCLH, you will work with a high performing team to ensure high quality, efficient, timely and patient-focused clinical services. With a track-record of delivery of demanding agendas, you will lead your team in providing exceptional management support.
The role covers a range of support to delivery for specialities including neurology, specialist services, outpatients, as well as interventional and inpatient directorate, as well as Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine, and diagnostics. The post is responsible for incredibly exciting developments such as capital projects, large business cases and significant transformation programmes.

This is a time of outstanding opportunity for the Division. Neuroscience is one of UCLH's strategic priorities, and a building programme has recently delivered new angio suites, interventional MRI and an expanded neuromuscular complex care centre.
The Division is also looking forward to the opening of an exciting facility on the Grays Inn Road site in conjunction with UCL/DRI to open 21 new outpatient rooms and 4 new UCLH MRI scanners. Queen Square leads the world in delivering advanced neuroscience therapeutics through commercial and non-commercial trials in a dedicated clinical research facility as well as maintaining collaborative links with UCL Institutes to be world-leading in clinical neuroscience research.
