Job Description

The Assistant Depot Manager based in Bristol will be responsible for:

Assisting in the management of depot operations and logistics.
Coordinating with the Depot Manager to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Participating in team meetings and contributing towards strategic planning.
Handling administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting.
Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Overseeing inventory management and ensuring accuracy of stock records.
Assisting in staff training and development activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Depot Manager should have:

Experience within Warehouse and knowledge of Transport.
Proven experience in logistics or warehouse management.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
