Assistant Customer Service Manager – “Family Entertainment Centre”

Location: Reading

I am working with a great family entertainment centre who are looking to speak to enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Customer Service Managers. You will join a new Family Entertainment Centre in Reading. This exciting venue combines food, drinks, and a range of activities, including an amusement arcade, karaoke, pool, VR, augmented reality darts, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure exceptional service to create memorable guest experiences.
2. Lead and support the customer service team in daily operations.
3. Train and develop team members to meet performance goals.
4. Analyze trends and provide insights to improve outcomes.
5. Manage stock takes, purchase orders, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience and 1 year in a supervisory role.
2. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
3. Availability to work weekends and bank holidays.
