A leading financial services business is seeking an ambitious Assistant Company Secretary to join their highly credible secretariat in London. This is a great role as it covers a mix of subsidiary and plc responsibilities – approximately a 70/30 split and this can change over time. The ideal candidate will have operated within a listed secretariat from within financial services but could be trained if you can independently run your own Board and Committees to an exceptional standard. The role will also expose you to interesting governance projects following recent structural changes to the business and will report to a very credible Senior Assistant Company Secretary. The secretariat is incredibly well regarded across the business so it is essential they find someone who can maintain their levels of professionalism. You will also need to be work confidently and assertively as you work very closely with senior leadership.
