Assistant Case Handler

Salary - £26,000 + DOE

Location - St Neots

Hours - full time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting with client and introducer updates.
  2. Preparing and issuing Draft Contracts on property sales.
  3. Drafting financial statements for sales transactions.
  4. Handling redemption statements from lenders.
  5. Managing and diarising enquiries, purchase contracts, and replies.
  6. Supporting with exchanges, completion letters, and financial packs.
  7. Providing essential administrative support to conveyancers.

The Candidate:
  1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
