We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Case Handler to join a well-established and growing conveyancing firm based in Milton Keynes.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the legal sector, with ongoing training, a clear development path, and opportunities to advance within the business.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with client and introducer updates.
  • Preparing and issuing Draft Contracts on property sales.
  • Drafting financial statements for sales transactions.
  • Handling redemption statements from lenders.
  • Managing and diarising enquiries, purchase contracts, and replies.
  • Supporting with exchanges, completion letters, and financial packs.
  • Providing essential administrative support to conveyancers.
