Job Description: Assistant Care Manager
Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: Northampton

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Care Manager to join our team in a residential home setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deputy management and be passionate about providing high-quality care for the elderly, including those with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Care Manager in the overall management of the residential home.
  2. Provide leadership and support to care staff, ensuring high standards of care.
  3. Oversee the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
  4. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and care standards.
  5. Participate in staff training and development.
  6. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.

Requirements:
