A global multi-disciplinary construction practice are looking for an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to join their thriving office, in Manchester.

The Assistant Building Surveyors’ role

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Assistant Building Surveyor to become part of a firm that delivers a wide range of multi-million-pound projects across the education, commercial, and retail sectors.

As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will gain exposure to the full scope of projects, and for APC purposes, you will work closely with a dedicated team, providing specialist project management and contract administration services.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have 1:1 APC training and will receive continuous support throughout their career, with clear progression pathways.

The chosen Assistant Building Surveyor will be a keen learner who is focused on their self-progression and who can work collaboratively with their peers.

• BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
• Ideally 2+ years’ consultancy experience
• Have started your APC diary would be ideal
