The Assistant Building Surveyor’s Role

As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will play an integral role in supporting projects across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and heritage properties.

You’ll have structured mentorship and guidance from RICS-accredited professionals. With an outstanding track record in APC success, you’ll have the resources and expertise to achieve chartered status while working on some of London’s most prestigious projects.

The ideal Assistant Building Surveyor will have:

• A degree in Building Surveying or a RICS-accredited equivalent
• A keen interest in commercial and residential property
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative and proactive attitude
• A desire to learn and progress towards MRICS status

• A salary of £35,000 – £45,000
