Role and Responsibilities

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will get exposure to interesting and diverse projects, including housing, education, commercial, care, and health schemes.

As the chosen Assistant Building Surveyor, you'll play a crucial part in assisting and developing future projects, with a focus on retrofit and energy-efficient initiatives.

Person Specification

• BSc/MSc, ideally in Building Surveying or RICS accredited
• Progress made on your APC diary
• Experience in consultancy or private practice
• Strong written ability and confident verbal communication skills
