Assistant Brand Manager

Our superb client based in Peterborough is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to join them on a full time permanent hybrid basis working Monday to Friday (3 days in the office).

As Assistant Brand Manager, you will work with some award-winning products, taking the brand to the next level of market awareness in the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities include:

1. Working closely with the Brand Manager to plan and develop brand strategy and marketing communications.
2. Generating new ideas and concepts through data analysis.
3. Understanding consumer needs and conducting competitor brand analysis.
4. Planning marketing campaigns and collaborating with agencies and influencers.
5. Preparing briefs and scheduling social media posts to drive sales.
6. Presenting brands to key customers and maintaining ideas for brand development.
7. Monitoring brand performance and handling other ad hoc related duties.

To be considered for the role of Assistant Brand Manager, you will have:

1. Similar level experience or be looking for your next step in brand management.
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
3. Advanced Excel skills.
4. The ability to multi-task and work to project deadlines.
5. Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the health and wellness sector or a passion for the sector.
6. A relevant degree.
7. A full UK clean driving license and reside within close proximity to Peterborough.

In return, my client is offering a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience, 20 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, rising 1 day per year up to 25 days, pension, 6 monthly pay reviews and/or discretionary bonuses based on company performance, and onsite parking.
