Assistant Brand Manager

Location: Full time. Hybrid, 3 days office based in Tattenhall, Cheshire

Reports to: Head of Brand

Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a purpose driven, fast-growing brand with exciting plans ahead. As Pura’s Assistant Brand Manager you will play a critical role in supporting brand growth, working on in-market execution and delivering key brand initiatives.

The Role:

  • This is a full mix role, supporting across all elements of brand marketing.
  • Support the development and execution of the annual brand plan to drive brand growth.
  • Manage packaging updates and artwork approval processes, ensuring alignment with design guidelines and key stakeholders, keeping to timelines and budget.
  • Support the execution of shopper marketing initiatives in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with our internal design team and external agencies to develop engaging marketing campaigns and collateral. Ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Contribute to the innovation pipeline, supporting new product development and renovation projects.
  • Conduct brand performance tracking and analysis, forming actionable recommendations. Prepare regular marketing updates to engage key stakeholders.
  • Implement brand activations, including sampling campaigns to drive trial and engagement.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as required.

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong passion for brands and marketing. Experience in brand management or marketing agency side, ideally in FMCG is desirable.
  • Educated to degree level or hold an equivalent marketing qualification.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with clear ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive self-starter who is eager to learn, ambitious, with a positive attitude, willing to get stuck in.
  • Creative thinker with confidence to share ideas and the drive and passion to make them a reality.
