Assistant Arcade Manager

This role would suit someone who has knowledge of the arcade amusements, strong customer service experience and is looking to develop their leadership skills. • Assist the Arcade Manager in managing daily operations of the arcade
• Maintain arcade games and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
• Provide excellent customer service to all arcade visitors
• Manage and train arcade staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Prior experience in a similar role, such as in the retail, hospitality, or leisure industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in leadership and team management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of arcade machines and equipment preferred
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as needed
