Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role involves ensuring financial accuracy and compliance, including preparing reports, managing accounts payable/receivable, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.

What you'll do

  • Manage accounts receivable, resolve queries, and ensure timely invoicing with the service department
  • Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely supplier payments and handling queries
  • Set up new suppliers in the system
  • Assist with financial closing, cash flow monitoring, and statutory reporting
  • Maintain internal controls and assist with balance sheet reconciliations
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting, manage petty cash, and handle general administration
  • Adhere to safety policies and respond to additional duties as needed

About you

  • Professional Financial Qualification, ACCA, CIMA, AAT qualified or part qualified.
  • Have previous 2+ years' experience working in a Finance environment
  • Detail-oriented and time-efficient
  • Previous experience in cost accounting and working with inventory systems; IFS experience is advantageous.
