Asset Investment Manager - Complex Cases

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for an Asset Investment Manager - Complex Cases to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Northamptonshire.

What the job will be doing

1. Take a lead in delivering our wide-ranging annual Asset Investment Plan c£25m through a dedicated team.
2. Oversee a successful team to effectively manage caseload in the areas of Disrepair/DMC and complex issues.
3. To lead and support a team in achieving excellent customer service and operational performance through effective asset investment.
4. Ensure consistent contract management, performance management and budgetary control across the projects.

What you will need

1. RICS/CIOB
2. Educated to degree level in building/construction
3. Understanding of housing sector, case management and legal protocols
