Assessor/Trainer - Civil Engineering

Contract: Full-time (permanent)
Salary: £29,770 - £34,600 (depending on experience)

Role Overview
In this role, you will oversee a caseload of learners, providing high-quality training, coaching, and mentorship to ensure they successfully complete their apprenticeships. Acting as the key point of contact for both students and employers, you will help apprentices gain the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for a successful career in civil engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications & Experience
A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
A Level 3 TAQA (or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards obtaining it.
Level 3 Internal Quality Assurance qualification (desirable).
Industry experience in Civil Engineering.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A passion for mentoring and supporting learners.
Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and end-point assessments.
