About you:

  • Hold a social work degree.
  • Right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.
  • Registered with SWE.
  • Post qualified experience within children and family services.

Job Overview:

  • A Social Worker would provide comprehensive social work assessments to identify the right support needed to promote the wellbeing of children and young people with complex needs, as well as their family and carers.
  • The Assessment Social Worker will deliver day-to-day operations of social work services, access and facilitate resources to offer support, and meet the identified needs while working alongside other departments to ensure proper service is provided.
