Assessment Practice Manager

Outside IR35 | 20% tax | Travel Expenses paid | Channel Islands Practice Manager | Assessment

We are looking for an experienced practice manager to join the front door / assessment service in a highly regarded council in the Channel Islands.

You will supervise a team of up to 6 social workers, so ideally you'll have managed and supervised social workers to achieve best practice. The service has been fully staffed for the last 6 months, providing an opportunity to advocate for the best outcomes for service users and prioritize best practice.

There has been a significant drive for service improvement within the organization, and a recent recruitment drive has secured an exceptional management team with a strong track record in mainland England, planning to carry this best practice over.
