The Assessment division has end-to-end responsibility for delivering on-time, accurate results of high stakes UK and international qualifications to our learners and first-class customer service to all our customers.

The Assessment Delivery Manager is accountable for delivering assessment-related strategic and customer initiatives for the Assessment division and in line with the UK Schools 5-19 strategy.
Purpose
The Assessment Delivery Manager will hold assessment content and delivery teams to account for the delivery of question papers and results to learners for Pearson's suite of General Qualifications and International qualifications, including International GCSE, International A Level and PEIC General and Young Learners. Alongside this, the role holder will have responsibility for driving transformational change in Assessment, including how we work, how we deliver our content and assessments and how we work with other parts of the business. They will also ensure the integrity of our results and post-result processes.
The role will involve matrix management of a team of content and assessment experts, working with colleagues in stakeholder divisions to ensure the timely, accurate and successful delivery of all of Pearson's General Qualifications. It also involves the direct management of three heads, responsible for examination set up, delivery and post results services.
