Assessment Consultant (Occupational Psychology) - London, office based

What the day will look like

As a Consultant you will be responsible for:

  1. Advising clients on Aon's Assessment Solutions' products and testing systems
  2. Managing clients and projects independently
  3. Set up and administration of virtual assessment centres, surveys and psychometric tests
  4. Supporting Senior Consultants in projects in selection and development
  5. Supporting the commercial team on pitches, proposals and work orders
  6. Demonstrating our tools to clients
  7. Designing and implementing client solutions including but not limited to:
    1. Design: Assessment or Development Methodologies & Tools, Situational Judgement Questionnaires, Realistic Job Previews, Bespoke Reporting, Competency Frameworks
    2. Assessment: Pre-Assessment, Online Assessments, Interviews, Assessment Centres
    3. Development: Development Centres, Providing Psychometric Feedback
    4. Technical: Systems Integration, Statistical Analysis, Solutions Testing

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  1. MSc in Occupational Psychology or equivalent
  2. Proven workplace experience
  3. Strong understanding of psychometrics
  4. An interest in the technology and technical aspects of online assessment and systems
  5. Flexibility to travel as required
  6. Analytical, organised work style and a natural problem-solver
  7. Strong attention to detail, customer focus, and a drive to get things done
  8. Desire to develop themselves and collaborate with others
  9. Experience with HR system integrations is desirable
