Assessment and Placement Support Assistant | 7553 | 1 x permanent contract 1 x temporary contract until February 2026 | 18.5 or 37 hours per week | £24,790 to £25,183 per annum pro rata | (Grade D) | Norwich
We Have Two Posts Available
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our busy Operational Support Team in the field of Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
If successful, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our SEND processes, providing essential administrative, operational support and excellent customer service to enable the effective delivery of services.
You will need to have an excellent eye for detail and be able to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will be able to multi-task and meet deadlines. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to effectively use Word, Excel, and Outlook. You may also have worked on a database – this is not essential as full training on our own database will be given.
Knowledge of SEN would be beneficial; however, it is not essential. Experience of currently or previously working in an administrative role is essential.
You will be a team player and be able to mix with a wide variety of personalities within the team and the wider SEN service. You will be confident and enthusiastic. You must be able to work on your own when needed.
