Assembly Team Leader

Wellingborough

£30000 - £32000 - Monday - Friday - 7:30pm to 3:30pm

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading and supervising a team of Assembly Operatives.
2. Manufacturing bespoke display stands.
3. Repairs and refurbishment of existing products.
4. Quality checking.
5. Consistently working in a safe manner adhering to standard operating procedures.

In order to be successful, you must:

1. Have previous experience leading a team.
2. Be able to manage and motivate your team.
3. Be an adaptable team player with a flexible approach.
4. Have experience using hand and power tools.
5. Be able to read and follow technical drawings.
6. Have a good eye for detail.
