Job description

RE Recruitment are working in partnership with PHINIA to recruit Assembly Operatives in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

The role will include assembling and testing fuel injectors utilised in the engines of many of the major manufacturers of Large Goods vehicles.

Core duties will include:

  1. Working by hand to assemble fuel injection units
  2. Operating Test Rigs and identifying non-conformities
  3. Adapting to repetitive work with small parts
  4. Checking and testing finished products

Rates of Pay:
Basic: £16.42/h + OT £18.32/h and Sunday OT £24.42/h.

Shifts:
You must be able to access transport to fulfil 12-hour rotating shifts covering Nights and Days (7pm-7am, 7am-7pm). The 4-shift pattern will require you to work as follows:
  1. Week 1 = 4 Nights Mon - Thu (7pm-7am)
  2. Week 2 = 3 Days Mon -Wed (7am-7pm) & 3 Nights Fri - Sun (7pm-7am)
  3. Week 3 = 4 Days Thu - Sun (7am-7pm)
  4. Week 4 = Week off
