Aspiring Therapist – Full Time – Swindon

An amazing specialist education centre in the Swindon area is excited to take on an Aspiring Therapist graduate to join their support staff team on a full-time basis. The specialist educates students with a variety of social, emotional, and mental health needs. As an Aspiring Therapist, you will be supporting students with additional needs, some of whom struggle with challenges relating to developmental trauma and neglect. These young people need consistency and patience to help them achieve an education, providing a perfect opportunity for any Aspiring Therapist to see how they can make a difference.
The role's responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate will learn effective communication skills, build confidence, and understand how to coach young people through turbulent situations.

* Psychology Graduates
* SEMH education
* Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 3:30
* £80 to £95 earned daily
The successful candidate should be proactive, empathetic, and confident in their ability to take the initiative to provide these young people with high-quality care and support. Graduates (Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, etc.) are encouraged to apply; experience with SEN/SEMH children and/or adults would be desirable but not mandatory.
