Aspiring Psychologist - Mental Health Assistant

They are on the hunt for a Mental Health Assistant to make a profound impact on their students.

Responsibilities:

1. Play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
2. Ensure that all students receive the individualized guidance they need to thrive in the classroom.
3. Work with students aged 4-16.
4. Engage with students and help the class teacher deliver tailored support based on their unique learning requirements.
5. Inspire and motivate students while building their confidence.
6. Collaborate with the class teacher to implement strategies and interventions that promote academic growth and confidence.
7. Benefit from a supportive team and opportunities to shadow and learn from experienced professionals.

Qualifications:

1. Passion and eagerness to make a difference.
2. Compassionate, empathetic, and confident.
3. Some experience working with children is essential.
4. Experience with children who have additional needs or diagnoses such as Autism, ADHD, or other challenges is advantageous.
