Aspiring Behaviour Analyst - Woking - Education and Training

Are you motivated by supporting and helping others? Are you passionate about demonstrating the value of education to vulnerable children?

This Aspiring Behaviour Analyst role in Woking will provide essential restorative experience within anti-social and challenging settings – the perfect opportunity for those with aspirations within probation, rehabilitation, prison, youth, and social justice. Based on holistic and therapeutic practice, with a focus on restorative practice, this role is ideal for Criminology and Psychology Graduates.

The position will involve working with vulnerable students, increasing their engagement, attainment, and life chances, aiming to ensure they do not enter the criminal justice system. As an Aspiring Behaviour Analyst, you will collaborate with teachers and specialist staff to support students with special educational needs (SEN) and associated social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. You will identify risks and needs, escalating where necessary, to provide consistency and equip children and young people with tools to feel safe, secure, empowered, and believe they can succeed in life.

Additional Information:

  • Start date: ASAP / January 2025, trial days to ensure the role and school are right for you
  • Excellent on-site training, support, and CPD provided to ensure safeguarding of all students
  • £85-£90 per day, Mon-Fri, 08:30 to 16:30, PAYE, term time only
  • No previous experience required
  • A Psychology / Criminology / Social Science degree is advantageous
  • You must have the right to work in the UK to apply - no Visa sponsorship
