They are looking for a Head Chef to join their kitchen on a permanent, full-time basis.

What’s the role?

Our client is looking for an Asian Fusion Cuisine Head Chef who will be responsible for the following:

1. Develop and create menus, considering seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions.
2. Manage and lead a brigade of 6.
3. Provide training and support to your team.
4. Manage inventory and ordering stock, purchase orders, rotas, costings, budgets, profit, and dealing with suppliers.
5. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

What do you need as a Head Chef in an Asian fusion restaurant?

1. Level 2/3 Food Hygiene
2. Food allergen knowledge
3. Experience in Asian Cuisine is essential.
4. Proven track record of leading, managing, and developing a team.
