Job description

ASD Clinician | £225/assessment | Outside IR35 | Remote | Flexible work

With the rising demand for neurodiversity assessments and the current backlog in the NHS, there is a pressing need for dedicated professionals to support individuals awaiting diagnoses. A leading provider of neurodevelopmental services in the UK is looking for clinicians to join their expanding network of specialists to undertake Remote ASD assessments, offering an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children and young people. You will be joining their associate pool, giving you the opportunity to use your skills to support the service as and when you have availability – be it full time or more ad hoc work – you get the choice for what suits you!

Why This Opportunity is Exceptional:

  • Make a Real Difference: Your expertise can transform lives. By providing timely, high-quality assessments, you will help children and young people navigate their neurodiverse journeys with confidence and support.
  • Flexible Work Schedule: Enjoy the flexibility to work as much or as little as you prefer, with opportunities available seven days a week. Tailor your work around your life, not the other way around.
  • Outside IR35: per assessment work, paid to your limited company (up to £225/assessment)
  • Professional Growth: Benefit from regular supervision and continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities. Enhance your assessment skills and stay updated with the latest practices in neurodevelopmental diagnostics.
  • Comprehensive Support: Focus on what you do best—assessments and patient care. Robust admin support handles appointment bookings and report writing, allowing you to dedicate your time to clinical excellence.
  • Competitive Compensation: A competitive 'per assessment' tariff payable outside IR35 ensures you are well-compensated for your valuable expertise.
  • Community of Experts: Be part of a team that values commitment, trust, integrity, and kindness. Work alongside like-minded professionals who share your passion for helping individuals thrive.
