Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: Chelmsford, Essex.
Salary / Benefits: 24k - 40k + Training + Benefits

We are currently seeking an experienced and BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join our client who is an industry leading UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. The successful candidate will be carrying out asbestos surveys on Commercial, Domestic, Local Authority and Industrial sites across the South East region, ensuring to work in line with HSG 264 guidelines and pre-agreed timeframes. Experience & Qualifications:

1. Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor, holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent.
2. Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
3. Able to produce reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
4. Excellent organisational skills.
5. Able to communicate with colleagues and clients of various levels.
6. Well versed in HSG 264 guidelines.

The Role:

1. Conducting the full range of management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on Commercial, Domestic, Local Authority and Industrial sites.
2. Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
3. Producing detailed asbestos survey reports.
4. Liaising with clients, dealing with any issues and providing excellent technical support.
5. Ensuring work is carried out in line with pre-agreed timeframes.
6. Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
