What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Designing and deploying AI-driven personalisation models that create hyper-relevant customer experiences.
2. Working with LLMs, NLP, deep learning, and recommendation systems to build AI that understands context, tone, and user intent.
3. Developing scalable AI pipelines and integrating with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
4. Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to ship AI features that make a real impact.
5. Implementing MLOps best practices for seamless model deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Strong Python skills – You know your way around TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
2. Experience with LLMs, NLP, or recommendation algorithms.
3. Familiarity with MLOps, APIs, and scalable cloud solutions.
4. Passion for AI-powered personalisation and making tech feel more human.
