This is a creative and forward-thinking school committed to inspiring students through the arts and design. We are seeking a passionate and versatile Art, Photography & Design Technology Teacher to join their team and help students develop their artistic and technical skills. This role begins September 2025.

Duties as Art Teacher:

1. Deliver engaging and innovative lessons across Art, Photography, and Design Technology at [KS3/KS4/KS5] level.
2. Encourage students to experiment with different artistic media, photographic techniques, and design principles.
3. Teach both traditional and digital photography, including editing and composition.
4. Guide students in practical DT projects, ensuring safe and effective use of tools and materials.
5. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
6. Contribute to the development of the creative curriculum and extra-curricular activities, such as art exhibitions and photography clubs.

Ideal Art Teacher:

1. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS).
2. A degree in Art, Design Technology, Photography, or a related subject.
3. Experience teaching Art, Photography, and DT at [KS3/KS4/KS5] level.
4. Strong technical skills in both traditional and digital art/photography methods.
5. A passion for fostering creativity and innovation in students.
