Art Director, Remote

Tiger Private is seeking a talented Art Director for a luxury Fintech brand.

The Art Director will be responsible for overseeing the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces, including print and online marketing; and collateral materials.

The chosen candidate should have a strong creative ‘esthetic’ vision, excellent communication skills, knowledge of prototyping/production of collateral & extensive network of production outlets/studios.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Leadership: Lead the creative production of all marketing materials. Ensure that the visual tone, style, and quality are consistent and cohesive across all deliverables.
2. Concept Development: Develop innovative concepts and ideas that align with the company’s brand and marketing strategy, prototype, sample and manage production.
3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing manager, copywriters, photographers, to produce high-quality content. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
4. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform and improve creative strategies.
5. Quality Control: Oversee the quality and accuracy of all creative output, ensuring it meets brand standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a creative role in Luxury space (ideally, watch, jewelry, luxury accessories, or other on the ground luxury companies), specifically with offline production, which requires sampling and prototyping of collateral, boxing, unboxing.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and your role in their development.

Skills (must have):

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Extensive network to engage with production studios
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This is a remote position; however, our clients would particularly like to hear from candidates based in Spain or Portugal.

Depending on the candidate profile, this role can be done as either a full-time or part-time role in which salary will be paid pro-rata.
