Role Overview:

They are seeking a highly skilled Art Director with over 4 years of experience in the experiential agency field. This role requires someone who can take projects from concept to completion, showcasing expertise in conceptual thinking and visual storytelling within experiential marketing. You will confidently direct across multiple channels, including film content and launch events, and work collaboratively with 2D/3D designers and motion graphics artists.

Key Responsibilities:

2. Demonstrate a strong understanding and passion for brand experiences.
3. Showcase a portfolio that highlights excellent conceptual thinking and original ideas.
4. Lead and direct designers to accurately realize your vision.
5. Present work in an articulate, confident, and assertive manner.
6. Stay informed about trends and consumer behaviors.

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Minimum of 4 years in an integrated or experiential agency
2. Demonstrated expertise in conceptual thinking and visual storytelling within experiential marketing
3. Exceptional ability to think creatively and push beyond the expected
4. Strong understanding and passion for brand experiences
5. Ability to lead and direct designers to bring your vision to life
6. Confident and assertive in presenting work
7. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
8. Competence in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
9. Desired but not required: Experience with animation/motion graphics, particularly Final Cut Pro
10. Ability to scamp and sketch
11. Capability to carry ideas from concept through to execution
12. Good understanding of trends and consumer behaviors
13. Must be based in the UK
