Here's What You'll Do
We’re looking for a finger-on-the-pulse Mid-Weight Art Director plugged into pop culture and tech trends, spotting the latest opportunities to create experiences that truly stand out. It’s all about pushing the limits, having fun, and delivering outstanding projects.

You’ll play a key role in elevating our creative output, bringing a challenger mindset and a passion for big, bold visual ideas. With a strong grasp of design, composition and storytelling, you’ll create visually compelling campaigns that resonate with audiences. Comfortable flying solo on a brief or teaming up with a copywriter, you’ll be able to work on a variety of projects and take your thinking from that initial spark to final, stellar execution. Whether the work is big or small, you approach every brief with the same enthusiasm to make jaw-dropping work.

Confident in your approach, you’ll know when to push creative boundaries and when to refine for balance. You’ll be ambitious and persuasive, unafraid to be direct with your thinking.

  1. A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to craft visually compelling, idea-led campaigns across experiences, digital, print, and motion.
  2. Contribute to pitch decks, visual presentations, and brand storytelling to bring ideas to life.
  3. Work on projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and high production value.
  4. Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to create impactful, forward-thinking work.
  5. Stellar communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and colleagues.
