We are searching for an experienced Art Director to join a creative team, working closely with the Head of Brand and reporting to the Senior Creative Lead. This role involves leading the creative process for rebranding initiatives, brand storytelling, and campaign strategy. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both concept development and execution, working across design, brand strategy, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead creative direction for rebranding projects and new campaign initiatives
Collaborate with the copywriting team to ensure cohesive visual and narrative development
Develop mood boards, pitch decks, and creative presentations for stakeholders and CEOs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from brief to final delivery
Organise and direct photoshoots and video content creation
Take part in brainstorming sessions, presenting concepts to senior leadership
Ensure smooth collaboration with the marketing and digital teams to deliver consistent brand messaging
Use Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and motion design tools to create high-quality visual content
Foster a collaborative, hands-on environment with a focus on strategic, long-term brand vision
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or a related role
Proven track record of rebranding and brand refreshes for high-profile clients
Strong graphic design background and experience managing creative teams
Exceptional presentation skills and experience pitching to senior stakeholders
Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Familiarity with Adobe Suite, motion graphics, and AI tools
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2C marketing and brand-side roles
Ability to articulate complex ideas and narratives, from storyboarding to final execution
Familiar with shoot direction and video content production
