Join our dynamic team in the UK, where innovation thrives and collaboration is key. As a Area Sales Manager, you’ll lead customer engagement, optimize sales processes, and drive business growth. With your proactive mindset, communication skills, and industry knowledge, you’ll make an immediate impact.

YOUR ROLE

You’ll be a vital part of our expanding UK team, working closely with colleagues across Europe. In this fast-paced and innovation-driven environment, you’ll take ownership of diverse sales activities, including:

  • Responding to inquiries: Deliver timely and professional responses to customer requests, ensuring satisfaction and driving business.
  • Supporting inside sales: Collaborate with the internal team to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.
  • Customer visits: Meet with clients across the UK, build strong relationships, and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Expanding the customer base: Identify new opportunities and help us grow our footprint in the UK market.

As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our commercial efforts—building trust, driving new business, and strengthening our market position.

ABOUT YOU

You’re a proactive and communicative professional with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.

  • Proven experience in technical or industrial sales.
  • Experience in the medical or defence industry is a strong advantage.
  • Confident in managing both sales and purchasing processes.
  • Comfortable handling administrative tasks and multitasking across departments.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
  • Self-driven with a problem-solving attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
