Job Title: Area Sales Manager - MDF Mouldings

Industry Sector: Timber Merchants, Builders Merchants, National Merchants, Independent Merchants, Buying Groups, Architectural Mouldings

Area to be covered: Northern Ireland

Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + 15% bonus

Benefits: £350 - £450 car allowance + benefits package

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Wood Mouldings products will involve:

1. Field sales position selling a comprehensive range of manufactured MDF architectural mouldings such as skirting, kitchen mouldings, and interior door linings.
2. All of your time will be spent selling through distribution via national merchants, independent merchants, timber merchants, builders merchants, buying groups, developers, e-commerce, and one-off customers.
3. Dealing with order values ranging from around £1k - 15k depending on project sizes.
4. Regularly liaising with the sales manager.
5. Regular upkeep of CRM system.

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Wood Mouldings products experience with:

1. Must have worked for or sold to builders merchants.
2. Ideally have experience with MDF/timber/wood-based products such as mouldings, skirting boards, internal doors, external doors, fencing, panels, cladding, stairs, soffits, window frames, and windows.
3. Would consider somebody working within a branch with sales experience and product knowledge.
4. Comfortable dealing from bottom up to director level.
5. Driven by exceeding sales targets.
6. High level of drive, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
7. Capable of working independently with strong personal skills.
