Area to be covered: South West

Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) + 15% bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Boilers & Renewables will involve:

1. Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of water heating systems such as boilers, renewables, heat pumps, cylinders, biomass boilers and air heaters.
2. Majority of your time will be spent selling directly and stimulating demand with plumbing & heating installers and contractors.
3. The remaining portion of your time will be spent selling into plumbing & heating independent and national merchants.
4. Inheriting a huge potential growth territory.
5. There will be a 50/50 split between account management and new business relationships.
6. Tasked with growing the territory significantly working in conjunction with sales team and Sales Director.

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Boilers & Renewables with:

1. Must have sold heat pumps or oil boilers.
2. Must have experience selling a plumbing & heating associated product into installers and contractors (would consider somebody working in a plumbers merchant that has sold to installers and contractors).
3. Ideally specifically in renewables, oil or cylinders however would be open.
4. Ideally worked for a manufacturer and sold to plumbing contractors / installers.
5. Stable career history.
6. Proven track record in field sales and territory management.
7. Good solid work ethic and 'get up and go'.
8. Trustworthy and self motivated.
9. Enthusiastic and hungry.
