The Job:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Agricultural Machinery Area Sales Manager to join a growing team. This field-based role offers the opportunity to manage an established customer base while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include driving sales and business growth across a portfolio of trusted brands, securing both new and repeat business. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning products and services with their specific needs. Managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation and product demonstrations to finance solutions and after-sales support—is a core part of the role. You will also represent the company at customer-focused events, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of the brand. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with finance, marketing, and depot managers to maximise opportunities and deliver outstanding results.
