Area to be covered: North & Scotland

Remuneration: £52,000 - £57,500 + 20% bonus

Benefits: £580 car allowance + 25 days holiday, 2x employees contribution up to a max of 10%, home working allowance £47 per month, gym membership allowance £30

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Actuators & Controls Valves will involve:

1. Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of actuators, control valves, sensors and metres
2. For the heating, ventilation and air conditioning sector (HVAC)
3. All of your time will be spent selling to distributors, contractors, system integrators and OEMS such as: UK Electrics, RS Components, BSS, Wolseley, Daikin, Airedale etc
4. Inheriting a well-established area currently turnover circa £4.9m
5. 60% account management / 40% new business

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Actuators & Controls Valves with:

1. Must have sales experience in the HVAC market sector
2. Must have sold to distributors, contractors, system integrators and OEMS such as: UK Electrics, RS Components, BSS, Wolseley, Daikin, Airedale etc
3. Must have strong technical knowledge and capabilities
4. Genuine hunger and desire to achieve
5. A team player who is highly organised
