Position: Area Sales Manager - MUST DRIVE

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom

Salary: £39,000 OTE

Contract: Permanent

Expenses: Daily fuel allowance

Start Date: February 2025

The Role:

As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll:

1. Lead, develop, and coach your field team to exceed targets, drive sales, and increase consumer engagement.
2. Work closely with the National Sales Manager and Senior Customer Director to implement our Agile Retail growth strategy.
3. Manage resources effectively while fostering team morale and retention.
4. Spend 80% of your time in the field, supporting and mentoring your team, and 20% at home or office, ensuring operational efficiency.
5. Ensure every decision contributes to delivering outstanding customer service.
6. Uphold company standards, policies, and values in all team operations.
