Great opportunity to join this market leading manufacturer of Highways Safety Products. The product range is vast and includes Bollards, Highways Signage, Grit Bins, and Snow Clearance Products.

Field/Home based, Account Management focused covering the East Midlands. Our client is only considering people based in Warwick, Coventry, Birmingham, Northampton, Banbury, or Milton Keynes as they see these as key areas for the territory.

Offering up to GBP40,500 basic, Quarterly Bonus, GBP50k OTE, Electric Car, Final Salary Pension, and other leading benefits.

The Role:
  • Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of Highways Safety Products, including Bollards, Highways Signage, Grit Bins, and Snow Clearance Products.
  • Field/home based covering the East Midlands including Warwickshire, West Midlands, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and Worcester, Gwent, Powys, Dyfed, and Glamorgan.
  • Account Management focused selling to Local Authorities, Government Departments, Traffic Management Contractors, and Highways Maintenance Contractors.
  • Although Account Management focused, you will be required to show some new business initiative.
  • Fantastic leads provided and a huge database of clients to work with.
  • You will be required to demonstrate the products regularly, so must be able to carry/transport products.
  • Attending around 2-3 face-to-face appointments per day.
  • Excellent product training with great support and backup.
  • Realistic and achievable targets, with orders ranging from GBP2-3k to GBP50-60k.

The Candidate:
  • Must have field sales experience.
  • Located in Warwick, Coventry, Birmingham, Northampton, Banbury, or Milton Keynes.
  • Sold a product.
  • Career stability.
  • Strong relationship builder but comfortable with the new business element of the role.
  • Can sell products by demonstration and must be able to carry/transport products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great presentation skills and experience.
  • Self-motivated and determined.
The Package:
  • Up to GBP40,500 basic salary depending on experience.
  • Quarterly bonus OTE GBP50k.
  • EV Company car.
  • 33 days annual leave.
  • Comprehensive training programme.
  • Company Final Salary Pension scheme after a minimum of two years of service.
  • Life insurance after a minimum of two years of service.
