Area Sales Manager
The Role of Area Sales Manager – Facades:

As Area Sales Manager you will be tasked with managing several major national main contractor and developer key accounts at regional office level. Accounts will include Vinci, McClaren Construction Group and Cala Homes and your area of responsibility will be the Southern Home Counties. Your role will be focused on ensuring consistent service levels, conducting account reviews and upselling as many additional products within the portfolio on each project as possible. You will be supported by an experienced and knowledgeable team which has earned our client an excellent reputation in the marketplace for high levels of service and an unrivalled range of products.

For the Position of Area Sales Manager – Facades, We are Looking for Individuals Who Meet the Following Criteria:
  1. 1 to 2 years external sales experience within the construction industry, either for a distributor/merchant or a manufacturer
  2. Strong work ethic, competitive and a real drive to exceed targets
  3. Must be well presented, professional, articulate, personable and a strong team ethic
  4. A desire to learn and to develop a career with this business
  5. Stable work history
  6. Driving licence

  1. £40,000 to £45,000 base salary, plus uncapped commission, top performers earn six figures
