Area Sales Manager - Fire Safety Manufacturer
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Commission

Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in the fire safety or electrical industry? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving new business? If so, I want to hear from you!


I am working with a global leader in fire safety solutions, manufacturing innovative and high-quality products that protect lives and property. I am looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join the dynamic team and grow their presence in Central London and surrounding areas.


The Role:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities within:

  1. Electrical wholesalers
  2. Electrical contractors
  3. Local authorities

This role is a mix of account management and new business development, requiring a proactive and strategic approach to sales. You will be the face of our brand, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure our fire safety solutions are the preferred choice in the market.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximise sales opportunities.
  2. Identify and target new business prospects within the electrical and fire safety sectors.
  3. Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers.
  4. Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and product delivery.
  6. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

About You:
  1. Minimum 5 years' sales experience within the electronic fire industry or electrical sector.
  2. Proven track record in account management and new business development.
  3. Strong knowledge of electrical wholesalers, contractors, and local authority procurement processes.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  6. Based in or willing to travel across Central London and surrounding areas.
