Area Property Operations Manager

Location: Near Oxford: 4 days on-site, 1 day in-office (no remote flexibility)
Contract: 6 Months - ongoing (Inside IR35)
Clearance: Enhanced BPSS required (must be eligible)

As Area Property Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in driving facilities and estates strategy across a diverse and secure portfolio. You'll take ownership of site delivery across prisons and probation sites, ensuring compliance, continuity, and quality in hard and soft FM service provision. Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience in Facilities Management (Hard & Soft Services)
2. Strong track record in Contract & Supplier Management
3. Full UK Driving Licence - essential for site travel
4. Understanding of compliance, audits, inspections, and emergency planning
5. Commercial mindset with experience managing project works and spend approvals
6. Experience in multi-site property or public estate settings preferred

Desirable:

1. Project Management experience
2. Membership or commitment to MIWFM/CIWFM or MRICS

Travel:
You must be within commutable distance of Oxford. This is a hands-on operational role with regular site visits.
