Salary: £29,000.00 per annum

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Two times Golden Service Award winners Time-Out Cleaning Services is recruiting for an Area Manager supporting our growing customer base across the North West.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following experience and qualities:

• Attentive, effective support to customers to ensure timely delivery of service promise across multi sites
• Experience in managing cleaning / facility services in a business to business environment
• Strong people leadership and management skills
• Trained to BICSc standard or equivalent
• Experience managing Health & Safety
• Driven by your attention to detail and customer focus
• Working knowledge of Employment Law
• Be able to train, manage and motivate staff, whilst managing staff absence ensuring service levels are reliably met
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills

• Consistently delivering a high standard of daily office cleaning in multiple buildings within your area
• Recruiting operatives
• Conducting regular quality audits
• Engaging with clients
• Organizing periodical and short notice ad hoc work
• Covering staff shortfall if required
