We’re recruiting for an Area Manager for mobilising new Careers Service contracts, supporting the implementation of new education services across the prison estate, and managing stakeholder relationships.
Our ideal candidate for the role of Area Manager possesses a combination of specific skills, qualifications, and personal attributes. You’ll be required to build effective partnerships with prison staff, education providers, and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
These values are essential for ensuring that the Area Manager can effectively lead their team, support prisoners, and contribute to the overall goals of the Prison Education Service (PES).
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £28,429 up to £33,446 (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: Remote South West – Dorset, Devon, Somerset, Bristol and Gloucestershire with travel needed throughout the whole area.
