Area Manager for Adult Social Services

£65k + Commission!
I am working on behalf of an amazing provider to recruit an Area Manager for the Cambridge area. They are seeking an Area Manager to lead their new homes which are being opened around London.
They are looking for an experienced manager who has at least 5 years experience in the Adult Social Services field and have experience specifically within Commissioning or Brokerage teams.
Roles and responsibilities of an Area Manager:
• You will be responsible for establishing and managing the new care homes
• Introducing and attracting new clients
• Client assessments and acquisitions
• Financial management
• Ensure quality standards are being met and maintained
• Build and maintain a good relationship with stakeholders
Essential skills and qualifications
• Must have minimum 5 years in a management role within Adult Social Services (Commissioning or Brokerage teams)
• RMA award and/or Level 5 in management
• Strong leadership/management skills
• Full UK drivers licence
• Experience in managing finances and policy writing
• Experience working with people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, or supported living is desirable but not essential
