Salary: £46,000 + Quarterly Bonuses up to £2,000

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership

  1. Coach, train and inspire store teams to excel
  2. Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  3. Create development plans that align people growth with business needs
  4. Contribute to succession planning across the district

Sales & Customer Experience

  1. Analyse sales performance and implement actions for growth
  2. Support store teams in customer engagement and conversion
  3. Monitor and respond to customer trends and feedback
  4. Shape our offer to reflect customer demand

Operational Excellence

  1. Oversee store operations and planning
  2. Support with rota and staff scheduling
  3. Ensure compliance with admin and financial processes
  4. Maintain and drive operational standards
