Area Manager / Operations Manager. A Bristol based property firm needs an Area Manager / Operations Manager to run the South West operation. Managing a team of seven, the Area Manager will manage the central Bristol office managing operations, maintenance and business development functions.

• Experience of branch budget and profit and loss responsibility

The Area Manager / Operations Manager salary is circa £40k + an annual bonus (2 month salary) plus pension and benefits and car allowance.
